Lawyers spend half of their time at work on paperwork from calls, messages and meetings. Law firms use VXT to make calls, send messages, host meetings and we automate that paperwork using integrations with legal software and AI.

VXT is used daily by over 10k lawyers, who have made 20m phone calls using our apps.

Our culture

We want VXT to be the best place you’ve ever worked. We’ve built a team focused on transparency, accountability, and moving fast together and we’re incredibly protective of it. We hire exceptional people who genuinely care about each other.

In seven years only three full-time staff have ever left VXT, and 35% of our team have VXT's logo tattoo'd on their body (not a requirement for employment).

Location

Most of our engineering team works from our HQ in Christchurch (NZ). We have smaller offices in co-working spaces in Sydney (AU) and Melbourne (AU) as well. We have many remote team mates, but candidates near established offices are advantaged.
