Lumin

Most campaigns die in the handoffs. Strategy goes to creative, creative waits on video, video waits on PR. By the time it launches, nobody remembers the point. We're hiring one person to own the whole thing.

About Lumin

Lumin is the document platform 140 million people use to edit, sign and manage their Agreements. For too long, document software has been slow, expensive and stuck in the past, and the incumbents have been happy to keep it that way. We're building the alternative, and we need campaigns that move as fast as we ship.

The role

By joining our global team, you’ll have leaderships support to take this role and own it. You'll run Lumin's campaigns from the first blank page to the final results report. That means turning our brand guidelines into work people stop scrolling for, getting it in front of journalists and creators, and making a lot of the content yourself.

This is a fixed-term contract with real ownership. You won't be passing briefs down a chain.

What you'll do
  • Own campaigns end to end: plan them, build them, launch them and report on what worked.

  • Keep everything on brand: take our brand guidelines and make every campaign look and sound like Lumin, on every channel.

  • Pitch PR: write the angle, pitch the journalist and land the coverage.

  • Run creator partnerships: find the right creators, brief them, agree deliverables and keep things on track.

  • Make the content: script, shoot and edit short-form video, and create the social assets that go with it.

  • Use AI to move faster: research, first drafts, edits, versioning and reporting.

  • Share what you learn: measure results and turn them into the next, better campaign.

What you'll bring
  • 2+ years running marketing campaigns, ideally across brand, content and social

  • An overview showing campaigns you owned from start to finish

  • Experience pitching press and working with creators or influencers

  • Confidence making short-form video, in front of the camera or behind it (CapCut, Premiere, or whatever gets it done)

  • AI tools as part of how you already work, not a novelty

  • The ability to move fast and communicate clearly across time zones in a global team

  • An allergy to "that's how we've always done it"

Nice to have
  • B2B SaaS or product marketing experience

  • Experience with a CRM or marketing platform (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce)

What success looks like

By the end of the contract you'll have:

  • Shipped 10 campaigns end to end

  • Landed paid media placements and collaborated with 13 creators

  • Acquire 20 customers through the campaign-motion with sales support

  • Built a repeatable campaign playbook

Why this contract

Ownership: your name is on the whole campaign, not just one slice of it.

Reach: your work goes in front of millions of customers.

Portfolio: you'll leave with a body of work most people take years to build.

Pay is competitive, hybrid / remote working, perks to help you thrive.
