Archistar is looking for an exceptional Regional Sales Director – Government Solutions to help drive our continued growth across New Zealand.
We're looking for an experienced GovTech sales professional who understands the New Zealand local government market, the people, procurement environment, challenges councils face, and what it takes to build trusted, long-term government relationships.
If you've built your career selling planning, resource consenting, building consenting, land management, GIS, regulatory technology, civic technology, digital government or enterprise SaaS solutions to councils or government agencies, we'd like to talk.
Why this opportunity is different
Archistar is at the forefront of applying AI to one of the biggest challenges facing New Zealand today — modernising planning, resource consent and building approval processes and helping communities get housing and development moving faster.
Our world-leading AI PreCheck technology helps government improve the quality of applications entering the assessment process, assess planning and building requirements earlier, reduce unnecessary rework and create better experiences for council teams, applicants and communities.
Our technology is already being used by government customers internationally, and we're continuing to grow our presence across New Zealand.
Now is a great time to join Archistar as we continue to expand our government footprint across Australia.
As Regional Sales Director – New Zealand, you'll own new government business across the country and play an important role in building Archistar's presence in the New Zealand GovTech market.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy. You'll personally develop opportunities, build strategic relationships and lead complex government technology sales from first conversation through procurement and contract.

You already know this market.
You've sold enterprise technology into New Zealand local government or the broader public sector and understand that successful government partnerships are built on credibility, relationships, persistence and trust.
