Reporting to the Head of P&C Business Partnering, the People Partner will support and drive the effective delivery and transformation of HR operations and governance processes which enhance the employee experience across ANZ.
Key responsibilities include:
Business Partnering: Support and advise on HR Strategy in line with business goals, delivering high-quality HR advice and operational service to the workforce.
Operations & HRIS: Oversee management of the ELMO HRIS portal, maintain the HR dashboard and reporting framework, manage employee documentation, and propose 'fit for purpose' solutions.
Rewards, Recognition & Performance: Support remuneration review cycles, employee engagement, performance appraisal processes, and leadership development initiatives.
Onboarding & Policy Compliance: Ensure HR activities across ANZ follow government regulations (e.g., FWA, OHS, Workcover) and drive continuous improvement in employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
Projects: Support the rollout of People function projects and initiatives such as organizational capability, talent attraction, and capability development.
At least 5 years of human resource management experience (HR or business studies preferred).
Proven experience operating operationally and executing across a range of HR programs in a fast-paced environment.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations across ANZ.
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships, interact with, and influence senior internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
Proficiency with (or ability to quickly learn) ELMO’s HRIS and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
