About the role
We’re looking for a QA Engineer who’s passionate about building reliable, high-quality products that customers can trust. You’ll work closely with developers, product
managers, and designers to test new features, streamline releases, and continuously improve our quality processes. This role suits someone who loves solving complex problems, takes pride in clean test design, and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and execute manual and automated test cases
- Partner with engineers to identify, report and resolve defects
- Conduct regression, performance and user acceptance testing
- Contribute to test planning, strategy and release readiness reviews
- Monitor and improve test coverage reliability and automation efficiency
- Stay up to date with QA best practices, tools and frameworks
- Champion quality and consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Use AI tools to accelerate manual testing workflows, generating test cases from requirements, creating test data, drafting clear bug reports, and summarising test results
- Execute and maintain automated test scripts in existing frameworks (Maestro, Selenium) with support from engineers, contributing fixes and small enhancements where needed
Key experiences / About you
- 1-4 years in software testing or QA, ideally in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Experience with API testing and mobile app testing (iOS and Android)
- Experience using JIRA for task tracking and bug reporting
- Familiarity with prompt techniques to get more useful results from AI tools
- Analytical mindset and sharp attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
