The Role
We’re looking for a Business Process & Value Analyst to join Pepperstone at an exciting time as we continue to invest in Data Science, AI and emerging technologies.
This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, focused on identifying opportunities to improve how we operate and translating them into scalable, high-impact solutions. You will play a key role in shaping how we leverage AI and automation across the business, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and real commercial value.
As our Business Process & Value Analyst, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- Analyse and map end-to-end business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimisation
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand pain points and define improvement opportunities
- Build strong business cases with clear ROI and financial impact to support prioritisation of initiatives
- Work closely with data, AI and engineering teams to implement solutions into live environments
- Drive change management and adoption across business units
- Define success metrics and track value realisation post-implementation
- Ensure solutions are delivered in line with governance, risk and compliance requirements
About You
- Strong analytical capability with experience in mapping, mining and optimisation of enterprise business processes and system integration workflows
- Experience building business cases and performing cost-benefit or ROI analysis
- Experience in a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Value Analyst or similar role
- Exposure to one or more processing mining tools, process mining tools, optimisation methodologies or frameworks
- Familiar with data analysis tools and practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Operations Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree in Business Process Management, Analytics, or related discipline would be a plus.
- Formal training and certifications relevant to business analysis and process modelling would be an advantage.
