- Whole arse it, with ruthless pragmatism
- Help the customer win
(We’ll tell you more about these as discussions progress)
Key aspects of this role
You’ll own how ProcurePro shows up in market - how we position the product, launch new features monthly, enable sales, and tell stories that resonate with construction teams.
- Own the product narrative → Shape clear, sharp messaging that translates ProcurePro’s value in a way our customers and team understand.
- Take products and features to market → Lead launches for new products, features, and updates with strong positioning, crisp collateral, and tight execution.
- Enable the sales team to win → Create collateral, battlecards, talk tracks, competitive intel, and other tools that help sales have better conversations and close more deals.
- Work cross-functionally to make things land → Partner closely with product, design, sales, and leadership to drive alignment and engagement around product launches.
- Drive growth → Your work should drive pipeline, adoption, and category momentum - not just make things look good. You’re work will move the needle on metrics.
You're ideal for the role if you have…
- Have Product Marketing experience → You have 3+ years experience in product marketing for SaaS/AI companies.
- Want to change the construction industry → You’re motivated to make positive change in the industry by accelerating tech adoption and behaviour change to smarter ways of working
- Are a strong writer who can make the complex simple → You can take messy workflows, technical detail, and real-world problems - and turn them into clear, sharp, useful messaging. You get the value, and have the war stories to support it.
- Have a point of view (and aren’t afraid to use it) → You want a platform to advocate, challenge conventional thinking, and help move the needle.
- Bring good taste & edge → You don’t hide behind safe, generic messaging. You’re bold, have a flair from creativity, and can communicate in a way that cuts through.
- Want to build a growth engine → This is a marketing role, not a product role. You’re motivated to drive growth in a revenue team, as the key enabler to global scale. You want your work to move numbers.
- Bias for action → You ship, learn, iterate. You care more about momentum over perfection.
