We're looking for a driven, analytically sharp Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and take full ownership of how the world finds us.
This is a mid-senior role reporting directly to our Head of Growth, and it's genuinely a builder's opportunity. You'll be the first dedicated owner of our organic channels — website performance, SEO, and AI-powered discoverability (AEO) — with the remit to establish strategy, run experiments, and convert traffic into qualified pipeline.
You'll move fluidly between strategy and execution, working horizontally across web, analytics, content, and paid — and you'll have the scope and autonomy to build things right from the start.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney, AU or Auckland, NZ. You'll report into the Head of Growth and work cross-functionally with Paid Media, Creative, Content, Sales, and Product. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, though you'll direct and coordinate agencies and freelancers as part of the day-to-day.
