The Role
This is where interest turns into ownership.
Your primary responsibility is to convert genuine interest into confirmed sales. You’ll take people who are already excited about Streetdog and guide them through bringing their bike to life, from configuration to purchase, and everything in between.
But it doesn’t stop at the sale. You’ll stay closely connected throughout production, building anticipation, keeping customers informed, and ensuring delivery feels like a moment worth waiting for.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and community. You’ll work alongside the Sales Manager, finance, and production teams, but most importantly, you’ll be the closest connection between FTN Motion and its riders.
You won’t just support the customer journey, you’ll shape it, from first conversation to the moment they ride away.
What You'll Be Doing
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and move them efficiently through the sales funnel
- Help customers configure their ideal Streetdog with clear, knowledgeable guidance on models, specs, and options
- Work with the finance team on invoicing, deposits, and payment processing
Production Coordination & Delivery
- Liaise with the production team to confirm build schedules and delivery timelines
- Keep customers proactively informed throughout the build and delivery process — no one should ever have to chase us for an update
- Own the delivery experience from handover preparation through to post-delivery follow-up
Community & Events
- Actively participate in ride days, launches, and brand activations that build the Streetdog movement
- Support and grow the FTN Motion owner community, ensuring existing customers remain enthusiastic advocates and a source of referrals
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Participate in weekly sales and marketing WIPs with a shared view of pipeline, priorities, and blockers
- Bring customer feedback, ideas, and concerns into the team conversation
- Provide timely competitor intelligence on pricing and positioning
- Contribute to limited edition model recommendations based on what you're hearing from customers
- Suggest new initiatives that will support profitable volume growth
- Connecting existing customers with the service and repairs team when needed.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for motorcycles, electric mobility, or lifestyle brands. You believe in what we're building
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally in a high-involvement or premium product category
- Strong interpersonal skills. You can build trust with first-time riders and seasoned enthusiasts alike
- Excellent organisational skills. You can manage multiple customers and moving parts without dropping the ball
- Clear, proactive communicator, internally and with customers
- Commercially aware, you understand what profitable volume means for an early-stage business
- Comfortable contributing ideas and speaking up in a small, fast-moving team
- Based in Hamilton and able to travel for events and activations as required
