The Role
As an SDR at Medow, you are the "engine room" of our growth. You will be the first point of contact for specialist practices across Australia and New Zealand. Your mission is to break through the noise, educate medical practices on the power of AI documentation, and book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.
This is a high-energy, high-activity role that requires a mix of strategic research and relentless outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume outreach via cold calls, personalised emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Boots on the Ground: Conduct in-person flyer drops at specialist medical suites to build local awareness and brand presence.
- Lead Sourcing & Research: Identify and qualify new specialist practices, ensuring they fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Meeting Generation: Your core KPI is booking qualified meetings and demos for the AE team.
- CRM Excellence: Maintain impeccable "HubSpot Hygiene" to ensure data accuracy and seamless handoffs.
- Experimentation: Constantly test new messaging, subject lines, and outreach cadences to optimise conversion rates.
