The Opportunity

We are looking for our first Growth Marketer to be part of the "engine room" of our marketing efforts. While we outsource to specialist freelancers, this role covers a broad range of channels to turn strategy into reality.

You will work closely across all teams, including sales, customer success, and design, to ensure Medow’s growth is seamless and data-driven. This is a role for a builder too, not just a coordinator. You don't just run a campaign; you build the systems that scale campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Inbound: Optimise landing pages, content and lead-capture flows to convert organic and paid traffic into high-quality leads.
  • Outbound (Sales Enablement): Build high-converting email sequences and sales collateral for our SDR team to improve "SDR to demo" conversion rates.
  • Referrals: Collaborate with Customer Success to build automated referral loops, leveraging our satisfied base of doctors to drive organic growth.
  • Partnerships: Drive growth through Tech Partners (integrations with Practice Management System) through webinars, co-branded content, and event strategy.
  • Email & Lifecycle Marketing: Manage nurture sequences in HubSpot to move cold leads into booked demos and keep our current user base engaged with new feature launches.
  • AI-Native Operations: Leverage AI tools as a force multiplier to increase output. e.g. Claude

What Success Looks Like

  • Pipeline Velocity (Demo Bookings): You directly contribute to a measurable increase in Demos through better templates, sequences, and enablement tools.
  • Experiment Velocity: You run a consistent cadence of growth experiments (e.g., A/B testing landing pages, emails nurture campaigns etc), documenting learnings in a structured way to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Operational Excellence: Marketing systems within HubSpot are automated, data is clean.
  • Polished Brand: Every touchpoint reflects the quality and trust required by leading medical specialists.

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup or marketing agency.
  • Are a "Builder": You love to innovate in your space and prefer building a repeatable engine over doing manual, one-off tasks.
  • Are AI Native: You use AI as a force multiplier but maintain the strategic depth to know when a human touch and intuition is required.
  • Are Ambitious and Self-Motivated: You don't wait for a "to-do" list; you identify opportunities and go after them.
  • Have High Attention to Detail
  • You value the energy of in-person collaboration and are happy to be in our Bondi Junction office 4 days a week.

  • Have experience in HealthTech, or a similarly regulated industry where trust and compliance are paramount.
  • Have previously worked in a healthcare environment or understand the clinical workflows of specialist doctors.
  • Are highly proficient in HubSpot (CRM, sequences, and reporting workflows)
