We are hiring a Software Engineer (Agentic) to help us build software with AI at the core of the engineering workflow.
This role is for someone who wants to move from customer problem to shipped product, using AI agents and modern tooling as a force multiplier across backend, frontend, and product work.
Build products and systems across investor onboarding, AML/KYC, fund operations, registry workflows, internal tooling, and investor experiences.
Work across Go services, GraphQL and gRPC APIs, TypeScript and Next.js applications, AWS infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows.
Use high-end agentic tooling and frontier models as part of day-to-day development.
Own meaningful domains in small teams with autonomy, trust, and clear business impact.
Work closely with engineering, product, design, and operations.
This role is usually a good fit for someone with a few years of commercial experience, but we care more about capability than titles.
Experience with Go, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
Interest in AI-assisted and agentic development.
Strong product mindset, curiosity, and good judgment.
Comfort working through ambiguity and turning ideas into practical solutions.
Good communication and collaboration.
Backgrounds in software, mathematics, physics, engineering, or product-technical roles can all be a strong fit.
