Hi, we’re Eva — Welcome home.

With our laser focus on bringing more thoughtful design to your everyday life, come join us as we help make more people feel at home with Eva.

People are a huge part of the way we work at Eva, and we believe in caring for each other, ourselves, our community and our customers. We value honesty and authenticity and work together with humility to make things happen! When the team wins, we all win. If this sounds like a team you'd like to be part of, read on below.

About this role

We’ve just launched our first artist-designed product collaboration. Opened our second architecturally led showroom and are in the midst of developing brand campaigns that are redefining how Eva shows up in market. Now, we’re building on that momentum across our performance channels.

The Creative Coordinator (Performance) sits at the intersection of creative and performance, turning performance insights into scalable creative that drives revenue. This role is for someone who is early on in their career (potentially looking to go brand side for the first time!) and sees ads not just as outputs, but as ideas to test, refine, and build. Someone who’s as comfortable in data as they are in creative thinking.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, in-house creative team and external paid agency to shape, test, and evolve performance creative across every point of the funnel.

If this sounds like the kind of role you’ve been looking for, keep reading.

What you’ll do:

Creative strategy & testing

  • Work closely with our paid agency to convert channel insights into performance-led creative briefs
  • Help build and maintain structured testing roadmaps across different hooks, angles, formats, and messaging
  • Brief new creative into our performance agency, ensuring timely delivery of required assets
  • Build and maintain a growing library of creative learnings and frameworks to ensure we’re continuing to improve our performance
  •  Work closely with the paid agency to align on learnings, priorities, and opportunities
  • Stay across platform trends, competitor activity, and performance creative best practices

Creative development

  • Ideate and script high-converting direct-response ads
  • Work closely with the Creative Manager to build performance-driven shot lists and structured low-fi shoots for always on content briefing, product launches & refreshes
  • Work with the Social Media Specialist to brief creators to capture strategic, on-brand content
  • Support the rollout of creative across formats including UGC, statics, carousels, and short-form video
  • Manage content folders for streamlined briefing; appropriately filed, referenced and allocated for usage purposes
  • Own Eva’s Cuttable account - having the ability to boost the creative flywheel

Omni-channel content support

  • Assist the Ecommerce & Email Specialist with creating landing pages to boost ad conversions
  • Assist in translating creative learnings from paid media into email marketing channels
  • Work with the Head of marketing to ensure consistency between paid and owned channels

Who you are

  • 2 years’ experience in performance marketing - preferably from an Agency
  • Inherently creative & passionate about the ever evolving paid media landscape
  • Understanding of creative briefing processes and frameworks
  • Paid performance literate and understands the relationship between paid channels and brand
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn - you don’t need to know everything yet
  • Comfortable working with data and using it to inform ideas
  • Clear communication and exceptionally organised
Benefits
  • Support for any course, conference or training that will help us mutually grow, ears and budget for any wild (but justifiable) ideas.
  • An autonomous work environment where there is never a regular ‘days work’.
  • Flexible work - we’re proud to say that we had WFH before WFH became a thing
  • All the coffee/ tea/ beers/ kombucha you need.
  • Free anniversary mattress and generous friend/family discounts.
  • Regular team events (prev. events have included the Australian open, cooking classes & escape rooms).
  • A diverse culture and a bunch of really lovely people.

We’d love to see your application if you consider yourself to be pretty much an octopus when it comes to multi-tasking and aren’t afraid to think outside of the box. You know how to write well and communicate with charm.
