Lyka was founded in 2018 by Anna Podolsky, inspired by her dog, Lyka, who was suffering from chronic health issues despite being on “premium” kibble. Together with Gabriel Guedes (COO) and Dr. Matthew Muir (Integrative Veterinarian), they built Lyka from the ground up with one core belief: better food can radically improve a pet’s healthspan and quality of life.
Lyka’s meals are vet-formulated and gently cooked from real food ingredients. Delivered via a flexible subscription model, Lyka meals have driven remarkable improvements for tens of thousands of customers, supporting gut health, reducing intolerances, improving energy and mobility, and even promoting hair growth.
What began as home-cooked meals has since scaled into one of Australia’s fastest-growing consumer companies, a vertically integrated, tech-enabled brand that is transforming pet health nationwide.
Lyka now operates from two offices, Sydney (HQ) and Melbourne, with three state-of-the-art food production facilities (two in Sydney, one in Melbourne) and a growing national footprint.
At Lyka, we’re not just selling pet food—we’re pioneering a new standard of wellness for pets. With strong product-market fit, deep customer love, and a track record of rapid growth, we’re now entering our most ambitious chapter yet: building a generational brand and category-defining business with global impact.
What you will do:
This is the engine room of our Partnerships function.
You’ll own the operational and performance framework that underpins how we grow, measure and optimise our Partnerships channel. Sitting at the centre of Sales, Finance and Data, your job is to bring clarity, structure and insight to performance.
You’ll take full ownership of Partnerships dashboards and scorecards across HubSpot and Omni, ensuring leaders have real-time visibility of the metrics that actually matter. You’ll proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies with the Data team and make sure information flows cleanly between systems.
HubSpot ownership sits firmly with you. You’ll design and maintain views, reports and functionality, act as the escalation point for sales queries, and raise the bar on CRM standards across the Partnerships team. This is about driving disciplined usage, not just system administration.
You’ll own the Partnerships budget and six-monthly forecasting process, working closely with Finance and the Partnerships leadership team to drive rigour and accountability. You’ll track and refine targets, incentives and performance frameworks so measurement is trusted at partner, rep and channel level.
Analytics will be a core part of the role. You will review and analyse data from hubspot to produce actionable insights and ideas that shape commercial and strategic decisions.
What you will bring
You bring solid experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics or Partnerships Operations, ideally within a scaling or high-growth environment. You have owned HubSpot in a meaningful way, building reporting frameworks, improving CRM standards and acting as a trusted system lead for sales teams.
You’re comfortable with Excel to understand and build forecasting and performance tracking models. You understand budgeting cycles and have partnered closely with Finance to improve forecast accuracy and commercial insight.
You’re confident working with data at depth, spotting inconsistencies, pressure-testing assumptions and turning complex analysis into practical recommendations. Senior stakeholders trust you because you don’t just present numbers, you explain what they mean and what should happen next.
You’re structured, detail-oriented and commercially sharp. You raise standards rather than work around poor processes. You’re comfortable influencing without authority and enjoy working cross-functionally to improve how teams operate.
If you enjoy sitting at the intersection of data, commercial strategy and operational excellence, this role will give you the platform to make a real impact.
