As part of the Product Marketing team, you’ll develop education and enablement materials—such as onboarding guides, feature explainers, and release communications—that help clients understand new capabilities and adopt them effectively.
You’ll work closely with Product, Client Success, Knowledge Services, Sales, and the wider Marketing team to ensure internal teams, decision‑makers, and users all know how to get value from the products you support.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Execution
· Support the delivery of global go-to-market activities for new product and feature releases.
· Assist with developing product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for Vista’s portfolio.
User Education
· Contribute to the creation of education materials, including onboarding guides, feature explainers, and release content.
· Work with Knowledge Services to ensure training and documentation align with product launches and adoption goals.
Execution & Enablement
· Produce engaging marketing materials such as sales collateral, product narratives, videos, customer stories, and adoption campaign assets.
· Collaborate with the wider marketing team to showcase Vista’s innovations across digital channels, events, and other marketing activities.
· Help maintain accurate and up‑to‑date product information across client‑facing content and channels.
· Support internal and external readiness activities for product updates and releases.
· Track and report on initiative performance to support ongoing optimisation.
