We are on a mission to simplify the end-to-end building experience and are looking for an Account Manager to join our team.

The Role

As an Account Manager at ArchiPro, you operate at the intersection of client relationships, commercial outcomes, and platform value.

You are responsible for the day-to-day health, momentum, and clarity of a portfolio of client accounts, working in close partnership with Client Partnerships Directors. Your role is to support and service clients, ensure plans are executed effectively, engagement remains aligned to objectives, and clients understand how to succeed on the ArchiPro platform.

Partnering closely with Commercial, Platforms, and Advertising teams, you will ensure client objectives are executed effectively, activity stays aligned to plan, and every interaction moves the partnership forward.

This is a high-accountability, commercially driven role where clarity, responsiveness, and strong relationship capability are essential.

Client Partnership Support

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of supplier accounts
  • Support Client Partnerships Directors in delivering agreed engagement and optimisation plans
  • Build trusted, consistent client relationships through clear communication and reliable execution

Delivery & Momentum

  • Maintain visibility of client plans, commitments, and next actions
  • Ensure clients understand what is happening on their account, why it matters, and what comes next
  • Proactively identify and surface risks, delays, or misalignment, escalating early to maintain momentum

Platform-Led Engagement

  • Reinforce platform-driven education, insights, and value moments surfaced through ArchiPro
  • Provide clear, contextual guidance on performance and activity (without manual or bespoke reporting)
  • Support clients to engage with the platform in ways aligned to their commercial goals

Renewal & Growth Support

  • Assist Directors with renewal preparation, QBRs, and optimisation discussions
  • Identify opportunities for incremental value, deeper engagement, or upsell where appropriate
  • Ensure continuity, confidence, and clarity across the client lifecycle

Systems & Process Excellence

  • Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene, ensuring all activity, notes, and updates are accurately recorded
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, task ownership, and workflow discipline
  • Support reporting and commercial operations with reliable, up-to-date information
