Job Purpose
As a Senior Frontend Engineer in our Sustained Engineering team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening and evolving PredictHQ’s existing web application and website, ensuring our interfaces remain clear, reliable, and easy to use as the product scales.
You’ll work hands-on with complex, data-rich interfaces, solving challenging data visualisation problems using charts, maps, dashboards, and other interactive components built with modern JavaScript frameworks. Partnering closely with Product, Design, and Marketing, you’ll help turn real-world complexity into intuitive, high-quality user experiences that customers trust to make high-impact decisions.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in front-end quality, cares deeply about performance and consistency, and enjoys improving existing systems. You’ll contribute to shared patterns and components, uphold strong engineering standards, and leave the codebase better than you found it.
You’ll be working within a global business trusted by some of the world’s most recognisable brands. This role offers the opportunity to work on a mature, high-impact product alongside an experienced and passionate engineering team - with real ownership and room to make a lasting difference.

Architect, build, and evolve front-end applications and components, with scalable, maintainable styling approaches, in a way that supports long-term growth
Help keep our frontend architecture healthy as the product, codebase, and engineering team continues to grow
Work confidently within an existing codebase - improving patterns, refactoring where it adds value, and raising overall quality
Collaborate closely with Product and Design, working from existing designs and contributing to new ones when needed
Ensure our UI reflects the importance of data quality through precision, clarity, and strong attention to detail
Build interfaces that perform reliably at scale and support customers in making high-impact decisions
Contribute to and champion a shared component library that supports consistency and speed across the product
Support and mentor other engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing
Skills, Knowledge and Competencies
Significant experience building and maintaining customer-facing, data-rich production applications where correctness and usability matter
Awareness of front-end security best practices when building customer-facing applications, including safe handling of data, authentication flows, and common web vulnerabilities
Strong experience architecting modular, stateful UIs using TypeScript-first frameworks, with Vue.js preferred, Nuxt beneficial, and React considered as a fallback
Strong experience with modern front-end fundamentals, particularly TypeScript, component-driven development, and scalable styling approaches
Ability to understand complex business rules and represent them accurately in the UI
Close attention to detail, especially when working with data-rich interfaces where accuracy matters
Comfortable collaborating across disciplines, particularly with Product, Design or Marketing teams
A learning mindset - you may not have used every tool we have, but you’re curious, adaptable, and keen to grow
Bonus: experience with design or UX, or a strong appreciation for usability, accessibility, and visual clarity in complex interfaces
