We’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused Delivery Lead to join our Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE) business unit. This role is pivotal in guiding the delivery and market readiness of next-generation software products and platforms using agile practices.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of software products—from concept and design through to production and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile delivery practices across multidisciplinary teams including software, mobile, firmware, hardware, and partner integrations.
• Coordinate delivery efforts across PDE teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Communicate progress clearly to project teams and senior management.
• Foster a strong delivery culture that supports innovation and continuous improvement.
• Champion EROAD’s values and promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
