OneReg is scaling rapidly across multiple countries, and we’re hiring a Business Analyst to sit at the intersection of customers, delivery, and product. This role is critical to turning complex, often ambiguous regulatory and operational requirements into clear, actionable work for our internal teams and customers. 

You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deeply understand customer needs, map processes, define requirements, and support the successful delivery of complex global customer implementations. 

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys digging into detail, asking the right questions, and bringing structure and clarity to complex environments. 

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Working directly with customers and Customer Success Managers to understand business, regulatory, and operational requirements 
  • Translating customer needs into clear documentation: process maps, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria 
  • Supporting customer onboarding and implementation projects across multiple countries 
  • Acting as a bridge between customers, Product, and Engineering teams 
  • Identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies early and helping teams navigate them 
  • Continuously improving internal processes, documentation, and ways of working 

What we’re looking for

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Implementation Analyst, or similar role in a SaaS or complex operational environment 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across teams and time zones 
  • Experience working with technical teams is a strong advantage
