Your Mission:

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy. You’ll be the go-to person on the ground in NZ and will partner with customers, partners and integrators to expand our presence and support our customers.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — ideal for someone passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and driving measurable outcomes. 

Responsibilities

New Business Development 

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads. 
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and align solutions. 
  • Present tailored demonstrations and proposals to decision-makers. 
  • Manage the sales cycle 

Customer Growth & Retention 

  • Partner with Customer Success to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Support group and corporate partnership initiatives to drive market expansion. 

Market & Partner Engagement 

  • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and webinars. 
  • Build relationships with industry partners, associations, and influencers. 
  • Gather market insights and feedback to inform product and growth strategies. 

Data & Performance 

  • Track performance metrics (conversion, churn, upsell, PUM growth, etc.). 
  • Maintain accurate data within CRM and reporting systems. 
  • Use insights to continuously improve approach and identify growth levers. 

About you

  • 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate technology sales, growth, or customer success roles. 
  • Strong commercial acumen with a passion for solving customer challenges. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Comfortable using data and CRM tools (Salesforce) to drive performance. 
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, customer-centric environments. 
  • A team player who collaborates cross-functionally to deliver results.
