The RoleWe’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution that connects our product to the needs of our customers. You’ll be the voice of the product in the market, translating features into value, ensuring launches land with impact, and building the narratives that fuel demand and adoption.
You’ll be hands-on in developing campaigns, partnering with sales and content teams, and ensuring every customer touchpoint reinforces our story. This is a highly cross-functional role, sitting at the centre of product, marketing, sales, and customer success, and balancing strategic vision with execution.
5+ years’ marketing experience, with significant time in product marketing and exposure to GTM strategy and execution, ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments
Proven ability to craft positioning and messaging that differentiates and drives impact
Track record of managing successful product launches and integrated campaigns
Strong writing skills across short and long-form content
Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Comfortable working with modern marketing tools and AI for research, enablement, and content creation
Strong commercial mindset, connecting marketing activity to revenue impact
Passion for storytelling, customer insight, and finding product market fit in global markets
Product marketing strategy: Develop a deep understanding of our audiences, market, and competitive landscape to guide positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy.
Positioning & messaging: Own and evolve product positioning and messaging, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and is reflected across all channels.
Product launches: Lead the planning and execution of launches from strategy to measurement, collaborating with product, sales, and customer success.
Campaign management: Act as the connective tissue across marketing, managing integrated campaigns alongside growth and content leads.
Lifecycle marketing: Create messaging and assets for lifecycle email flows, ensuring engagement throughout the customer journey.
Content partnership: Partner with the content team to ensure alignment between product and content strategies, and contribute content directly when needed.
Customer marketing: Integrate customer voices into all marketing, producing case studies, testimonials, and customer-driven content to support sales.
Modern tooling & AI: Leverage modern tools, AI, and workflows for competitive intelligence, sales enablement, content production, and campaign optimisation.
Measurement: Define and track product marketing KPIs to inform strategy and improve performance.
Sales enablement: Equip sales with messaging, resources, and training to drive conversion and adoption.
