The RoleWe’re looking for a full-stack Growth Marketing Lead to shape and scale how Ideally grows. This is a rare opportunity to build the growth and digital marketing engine from the ground up, designing the strategy, owning execution, and helping define how we drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across multiple markets.
You’ll work across performance marketing, SEO, website optimisation, lifecycle campaigns, attribution, and experimentation—backed by smart data, compelling creative, and AI-enabled workflows.
