The Role

We’re looking for a full-stack Growth Marketing Lead to shape and scale how Ideally grows. This is a rare opportunity to build the growth and digital marketing engine from the ground up, designing the strategy, owning execution, and helping define how we drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across multiple markets.

You’ll work across performance marketing, SEO, website optimisation, lifecycle campaigns, attribution, and experimentation—backed by smart data, compelling creative, and AI-enabled workflows. If you’re a builder who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to make a measurable impact, this is your role.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years in a growth, performance, or demand generation role, ideally in SaaS or high-growth environments

  • Proven experience leading and executing multi-channel campaigns, from search and social to SEO and lifecycle

  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using attribution tools, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks

  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with common marketing and automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

  • A bias for testing and iteration, you move fast, but with purpose

  • Strategic instincts paired with executional muscle: you can zoom out and own the roadmap, then dive in and get things done

  • Collaborative and confident communicator who thrives cross-functionally (sales, product, content, design)

  • A genuine interest in creative industries, innovation, and the future of marketing, Ideally’s world excites you

Curiosity about AI and how it can augment creativity, performance, and efficiency. You’ve already experimented with AI-enabled tools and think about where they fit into your stack and strategy
 
What You’ll Do
  • Own and evolve the growth roadmap across acquisition, conversion, and retention

  • Lead and optimise multi-channel campaigns (paid social, SEM, SEO, ABM, and more), being comfortable with both strategy and execution

  • Build, test, and scale landing pages, creative assets, and conversion journeys

  • Drive continuous experimentation across user journeys with a structured A/B testing program

  • Collaborate with Product and RevOps to refine lead scoring, attribution models, and funnel visibility

  • Define and track growth KPIs, building dashboards and reporting frameworks to support decision-making

  • Partner with Content and Design to develop high-performing creative across touchpoints

  • Work with Client Success and Product to shape lifecycle journeys that drive retention and upsell

  • Build a repeatable, scalable growth model to support Ideally’s expansion in NZ, Australia, and the US
