About the Team
The Digital and Transformation Business Unit is responsible for the strategic development and execution of group -wide transformation. This includes key group wide functions of strategy, technology, digital and product management, data and analytics and information security. Collectively, these functions exist to make Humm available to our customers whenever and wherever they need us.
About the Role
You will play a key role in shaping the success of the Product across the Hummgroup. Key components of the role are proactive portfolio management and optimisation, leading and managing customer remediation, and assisting in developing and implementing a customer -led product roadmap designed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As a successful Product Manager, you will be Hummgroup biggest customer advocate and have an unrivalled passion for managing products that customers love.
What Does An Average Day Look Like?
You would be:
- Actively contribute to the portfolio management of our existing products and key business drivers that will deliver profitable sustainable growth.
- Support the different delivery teams in delivering to the product roadmap.
- Lead or support in the delivery of any operational efficiencies to improve overall business outcomes.
- Improve customer retention by proactively listening to customers’ feedback and solve pain points through the product roadmap to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders and be the driving force behind the implementation of the business strategy.
- Embrace the challenges of the regulatory environment and ensure we never compromise and are compliant at all times.
- Manage the remediation of incidents to ensure customers are not negatively impacted and Hummgroup remains compliant with external regulators.
- Creating buy -in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify improvements, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive sustainable and profitable growth.
- Scope and prioritize new product initiatives and enhancements based on business and customer impact.
- Drive the delivery of product initiatives and enhancements including working with the sales and technology teams, executives, and other marketing and cards team members.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to ensure existing products remain, whilst identifying areas of improvement or new market opportunities.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
