We’re seeking a Junior/Graduate Marketing Analyst to join Rokt's advertising Customer Success team, driving the performance of our Australian enterprise advertising accounts. Your focus will be partnering with marketing leaders in some of Australia's biggest brands to ensure their campaigns deliver measurable impact and long-term ROI.
You’ll also partner closely with Rokt's Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate client goals into advertising solutions that drive results.
You will be trained up on Rokt-Ads and our key product offerings - working closely with senior Advertising Customer Success specialists to ramp up into a role as a key technical and strategic advertising specialist for top-tier Rokt Ads accounts.
This is a highly visible individual contributor role blending customer success, ad performance optimisation, and advertising strategy to drive value and growth across a global ecommerce portfolio.
Compensation
Target total compensation ranges from $118,000-$128,000, comprised of a fixed annual salary of $95,000-$104,000 (including super), quarterly bonuses, and an employee equity plan grant.

Equity grants are issued in good faith and are subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
