We’re now looking for a full-time Brand & Social Marketer to bring the Fabra story to life across social, email, influencer, and real-world activations. You’ll play a key role in building one of the most exciting creative brands in the world.

The Role

As Fabra’s Brand & Social Marketer, you’ll be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and love for Fabra across brand touchpoints. You’ll help shape how the world sees us through content, creative campaigns, community spaces, and experiences that make people want to design and create with Fabra.

This role blends brand strategy, storytelling, and hands-on execution across digital and offline channels. You’ll work closely with the Chief Growth Officer, marketing team, and founders to plan and run high-impact initiatives that build our community and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Manage Fabra’s Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts day-to-day.
  • Develop and schedule a consistent content calendar aligned with key launches and themes.
  • Generate post ideas that are fresh, relevant, and on-brand from product demos to design stories and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Shoot and edit organic content for social, or work closely with freelance content producers and editors to bring ideas to life.
  • Track engagement metrics and continuously test new content formats.

2. Influencer & Community Marketing

  • Develop and scale an influencer program across creators, designers, and niche communities.
  • Build relationships with early advocates and ambassadors.
  • Track performance and help turn creator partnerships into repeatable growth loops.

3. Campaigns & Activations

  • Plan and execute content-driven creative campaigns that drive buzz, from product launches to special initiatives.
  • Lead guerrilla marketing and community activations that surprise and delight.
  • Manage design competitions and user challenges to engage the community and showcase creativity.
  • Partner with PR, design, and product teams to ensure every campaign feels cohesive and on-brand.

4. Events & Experiences

  • Plan and run user events, launch celebrations, and community gatherings in key markets.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotion, and content capture to amplify the impact of each event.

5. Email & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Create and manage content for Fabra’s weekly newsletter and lifecycle efforts, drawing from social, event, and editorial content to create cohesive storytelling for audiences.  

About You

You’re a creative marketer who loves building brands and communities. You blend right-brain creativity with left-brain execution, able to go from brainstorming a viral TikTok idea to coordinating a launch event in one day.

You have:

  • 3+ years in brand, social, or community marketing (startup or creative brand experience preferred)
  • A natural sense of storytelling, trends, and aesthetics
  • Hands-on experience managing social channels
  • Comfort working across content, partnerships, and events
  • Energy, initiative, and a bias for action (you make things happen!)
