About the Role

We’re looking for an Organic Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale the channels that grow Carepatron’s reach, credibility, and inbound demand.

This is not a community or affiliate marketing role. It’s a true organic growth position focused on discoverability and advocacy, ensuring Carepatron is visible, trusted, and recommended across both traditional search (SEO) and emerging AI and video discovery ecosystems.

You’ll own Carepatron’s presence across Google, Bing, and the new wave of LLM-driven platforms — including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and more — while shaping how clinicians discover and evaluate Carepatron through video, reviews, and customer proof during their investigation phase.

You’ll help tell Carepatron’s story across 120+ markets and 20+ languages, turning positive customer experiences into powerful marketing plays that inspire practitioners around the world. These customer stories won’t just attract new sign-ups — they’ll also build trust and confidence throughout the sales cycle, strengthening both our Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) motions, and directly improving conversion rates.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead Global SEO & Discoverability

  • Own Carepatron’s global search and AI discovery strategy across 120+ countries and 20+ languages.
  • Develop keyword and topic strategies that align with high-intent searches and evolving LLM discovery signals.
  • Oversee technical SEO, site structure, and localization to drive visibility and traffic.
  • Extend Carepatron’s reach into video discovery and review-driven platforms that shape consideration.

2. Create and Scale Growth Content

  • Build a global content engine that drives awareness, trust, and conversion across written, video, and AI-surfaced formats.
  • Ensure content is optimized for both SEO and AI readability, increasing Carepatron’s visibility across emerging discovery channels.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align content with user journeys and key adoption moments.

3. Turn Customers into Advocates

  • Identify and amplify customer success stories through case studies, video testimonials, and reviews that build social proof.
  • Create scalable systems for capturing and localizing positive customer experiences.
  • Partner with the Lifecycle team to identify advocates and bring their stories to life across markets and media types.
  • Leverage customer proof to drive sign-ups and build credibility during the sales process, improving conversion across both PLG and SLG motions.

4. Measure and Improve

  • Track performance across organic traffic, share of voice, AI visibility, and review sentiment.
  • Analyze discovery trends across written, visual, and AI-powered surfaces.
  • Build compounding growth loops connecting discoverability, activation, and advocacy.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in SEO, content-led growth, or digital discoverability for a B2B SaaS business.
  • Deep understanding of global, multilingual SEO and AI-driven discovery optimization (LLMs, structured data, AI summaries, and video surfaces).
  • Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to transform customer outcomes into globally resonant narratives.
  • Familiarity with review and video platforms that influence B2B software discovery and trust.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in experimentation, performance tracking, and iteration.
  • A sense of ownership, pace, and curiosity — you care about the details and move fast to make an impact.
