We're looking for an Intermediate Analytics Engineer to join the Plexure team in this newly created role! You'll become part of a global, growing SaaS company at an exciting point in our growth journey.

What will you do?
- Your role: support the delivery of reliable and accurate datasets that are ready for consumption by our customers as well as internal stakeholders.
- Reporting to the Analytics Engineering Team Lead, you'll join forces with your squad to design, build and implement data models that drive business outcomes.
- You'll support projects from conception through to successful delivery:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions.
- Optimize data pipelines to process, transform, and aggregate structured and unstructured data.
- Write clean, well-documented code and champion best engineering practices.
- Proactively recommend and implement improvements to standards, tooling, CI/CD, and documentation.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues, improving reliability and performance across datasets and pipelines.
- The types of projects you'll sink your teeth into include:
- Engineering-focused: Optimize data pipelines, improve data modelling architecture & infrastructure, and ensure high-quality data management.
- Product analytics-related: Create analytically driven datasets, develop metrics, and build data models tailored to business needs.
- Our tech stack: Databricks, Python, PySpark, SQL, AWS.
What are we looking for?
- Exposure to Python for data processing tasks.
- Experience with cloud data platforms - any provider is fine!
- Knowledge of dimensional modelling and analytical data modelling.
- A product mindset focused on delivering business value.
- Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a desire to work collaboratively alongside good humans!
