At Xero, we’re here to help supercharge small businesses. We do this by automating routine tasks, surfacing actionable insights and connecting businesses with the right data, advisors and apps.
When that happens, we’re not only making life better for small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world.
The ESG Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring that Xero’s reporting is of the highest standard and with meaningful insight. The incumbent will develop a thorough understanding of the Xero business environment and be responsible for bringing rigor to Xero’s non-financial KPI’s, carbon inventory and relevant disclosures related to Xero’s sustainability reporting.
The ESG Finance Manager will also work with the sustainability team to prepare Xero’s statutory reporting requirements for Xero’s entities with mandatory carbon reporting. Reporting into the GM External Reporting, you will build strong relationships throughout the business and become a trusted advisor to the business.
Please note: This is a Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave until October 2026.
