The Role
Are you passionate about turning data into decisions that drive real business impact? Pepperstone is seeking a Workforce Performance & Data Analyst to elevate how we measure, understand and optimise workforce productivity across our global operations. Join us on a fixed term basis for 6 to 12 months with flexibility to work part-time if preferred.
This role exists to drive visibility of performance data across the company and translate insights into actions that improve workforce productivity, efficiency and decision-making. By combining advanced data analytics with an understanding of workforce dynamics, you’ll ensure leaders at all levels can make informed, timely and commercially impactful decisions.
As our Workforce Performance & Data Analyst, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- Design and optimise dashboards, productivity models and reporting tools.
- Analyse trends to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimisation.
- Resolve data discrepancies and deliver insights aligned to business priorities.
- Collaborate with People & Culture, IT, Finance and Legal & Compliance.
- Translate workforce challenges into clear solutions and lead process improvements.
- Deliver projects from small enhancements to large-scale systems.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, data and security standards.
About You
- 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: performance and productivity analytics, workforce data insights, dashboard/reporting development, process improvement and optimisation or hybrid/remote productivity measurement.
- Proven ability to deliver insights that influence business decisions.
- Experience in global, matrixed organisations (fintech/financial services a plus).
- Skilled in SQL, Excel, Tableau (or similar BI tools).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker, commercially minded, and able to work autonomously across time zones
