Fergus builds workflow software that helps plumbers, electricians, and trades professionals run their businesses smarter. We’re growing globally and we need an Operations Engineer to keep our systems and processes running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement integrations across CRM, billing, subscription, and license platforms.
• Automate workflows and improve data flow between systems.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for CRM, billing, and reporting.
• Develop forms and workflows in our SaaS product.
• Work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance to deliver technical solutions.

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in operations engineering or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in PHP (or similar) and SQL.
• Experience with APIs, CRM, billing, and payment systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe).
• SaaS business process knowledge (subscriptions, licensing, customer lifecycle).
• Problem-solving ability and strong cross-team collaboration skills.
