This is not HR as usual. This is about being in the thick of the action, driving people strategy, shaping culture, and making sure we’ve got the talent to fuel where we’re headed next.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

This role is equal parts strategic partner and talent accelerator. 

  • Be the go-to partner for leaders: Driving workforce planning, capability development, and performance uplift.
  • Own recruitment: End-to-end from strategy to delivery. You’ll design inclusive, targeted hiring that brings in the right people at the right time, raising the bar every time.
  • Advise and coach leaders: From tough calls to bold moves, you’ll give clarity, confidence, and a fresh perspective.
  • Bring generalist expertise across the P&C spectrum: From employee experience to shaping high-performance culture.
  • Deliver outcomes, not paperwork: Get stuck into initiatives that sharpen leadership, boost engagement, and create an environment where people thrive.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

You’re sharp, dependable, and don’t flinch under pressure. You know how to read a room, speak the language of business, and get things done. 

  • Experience as a P&C Business Partner, Senior Advisor, or in a Talent Acquisition role, and are ready for more scope and ownership.
  • Proven recruitment chops, you know how to attract and land top talent, moving at pace without dropping quality.
  • The confidence to influence, challenge, and back yourself with leaders.
  • A sharp commercial lens, you know people strategy only matters if it drives business results.
  • The balance of strategic mindset and hands-on delivery, you don’t just advise, you make it happen.
  • Exceptional communication and coaching skills, you build trust and cut through.
