We are Thematic, a fully remote fast growing SaaS company with staff in New Zealand and the US. Thematic uses AI to analyze customer feedback to tell companies how they can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Our customers are brands you know including DoorDash, Jetstar, Google and Electronic Arts.
We are looking for talented developers to help build Thematic across our tech stack. We believe in finding people that fit anywhere along the visual design->frontend->backend->infrastructure spectrum that will help build out our team and make us stronger. This role is for someone on the backend and infrastructure end of the spectrum.
What you might be responsible for:
- Implementing and maintaining Thematic's product, and the infrastructure it runs on
- Ensuring we have the monitoring in place to diagnose issues and keep things running
- Ensuring automated testing and CI/CD is helping us ship safely and efficiently
- Validating and iterating on projects, making sure they are delivering what our users and customers will be delighted by
- Collaborating closely with fellow team members to achieve team & company goals
- Helping to decide on both the technical and product roadmaps and helping us balance the two
- Working with others across Thematic (marketing & customer success) to help them deliver value to customers in new and exciting ways
