The Customer Success Partner is an integral member of the
Global Sales team and the wider Sharesies business, helping us identify opportunities to serve our customers better. Through outbound engagement and increasing the depth of relationship we have with our customers, the Customer Success Partner drives sales, seeks cross-sellopportunities and improves customer engagement across our existing customer base through outbound channels.

Key tasks

● Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Sharesies products sales initiatives based on
opportunities and industry trends
● Drive customer success and confidence through lovable experiences
● Quality conversations and responses that help people and create customer
confidence
● Identify cross-sell opportunities using customer insights and drive new
engagement across our wider Sharesies product offering
● Work cross collaboratively to ensure competitive pricing, product offerings and
customer satisfaction
● Contribute to and track sales performance against Global Sales targets, executing
on corrective actions if required
● Ensure prospective customers are communicated with and their feedback is used
to create future opportunities
● Taking responsibility for the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and your
teammates
● Our roles can be flexible sometimes, we all pitch in and help out, so there may be times when other reasonable duties are required

How the Customer Success Partner fits at Sharesies

This role is a key member of the Global Sales team, contributing to the development of new initiatives in our outbound function to sell across our customer base.

You’ll work alongside our product, sales, marketing and customer support teams to provide a consistently outstanding experience for all of our existing and prospective customers.

This role reports to the Outbound Sales Lead and is part of the wider Global Sales team.

● Strong commercial experience
● Comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once
● Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
● Hierarchy isn’t our style; we all pitch in to help out around the place to ensure Sharesies is a great and safe place to work
