Aether is a well funded, VC backed startup that's had incredible early traction with great Enteprise logos and we're now looking for our first marketing hire! You’ll be a key driver of our growth - working with the founding team to architect and execute a strategy that takes us from early traction to a repeatable, scalable pipeline. You'll manage our brand, lead growth experimentation, and build the systems and narratives that win enterprise customers. This is a rare opportunity to build our marketing function from the ground up and eventually scale a team.

What You'll Lead and Own
Growth Strategy & Operations:
You'll be responsible for building our core growth engine, including:
- Design and build a GTM plan that aligns with revenue goals and sales motions.
- Build the core infrastructure for attribution, lead scoring, and reporting, so that we can scale with confidence.
- Execute demand generation programs across paid, outbound, and content to own the entire funnel from lead generation to pipeline.
- Optimise the funnel with continuous experimentation and build attribution models to drive faster learning.
- Partner and collaborate tightly with Product as we experiment and build towards PLG capabilities to drive growth.
Content Strategy:
- Serve as the primary content strategist and creator. You will build the initial content calendar, write cornerstone pieces like blog posts and case studies, and create webinars and other materials that educate our audience.
- You will also develop and own the lifecycle programs that turn leads into qualified buyers.
Brand Management:
- Execute the brand strategy end-to-end - from narrative and tone to visual identity and market perception.
- You will evolve our brand into a category-defining, high-trust brand that enterprise marketing leaders want to follow and buy from.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience, with at least 3+ years in a growth or product marketing role.
- Proven ability to build a pipeline using multi-channel, multi-touch programs
- Demonstrated experience in a high-growth environment
- Experience marketing to enterprise stakeholders - bonus points if CMOs
Skills:
- Strong grasp of funnel diagnostics, attribution, and marketing automation
- Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and moving quickly in an early-stage environment
Bonus:
