We're looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join the Plexure team! You'll become part of a global, growing SaaS company at an exciting point in our growth journey.

What will you do?
- As part of our Messaging & Sales squad, you'll connect customers to their consumers with personalised messages delivered to the right place at the right time.
- Reporting to the Engineering Team Lead, you'll join forces with your cross-functional squad to create innovative solutions at scale:
- Drive test automation: Identify gaps in test coverage, build new test frameworks, and enhance existing ones.
- Design and document test plans: Develop comprehensive test strategies and maintain clear, accessible documentation for the team.
- Own quality processes: Take accountability for issues in production, investigate defects thoroughly, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Coach our Developers: Share testing best practices, guide developers on writing testable code, and promote a quality-first mindset across the team.
- Improve how we work: Proactively suggest opportunities to enhance testing processes, collaborate with team members, and bring those improvements to life.
- Lead various types of testing: Execute and oversee automation, performance, and functional testing to ensure we're consistently building robust, reliable software.
- Our tech stack: C#, Reqnroll, Postman, JavaScript, k6, JMeter and Azure.
What are we looking for?
- Strong experience with automation testing and a deep understanding of testing principles, including unit, integration, acceptance, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and cloud-based systems.
- Proven ability to identify gaps in coverage and improve performance, scalability, and usability.
- A passion for working collaboratively and advocating for quality best practices.
- Someone proactive and curious who enjoys exploring new ways of doing things and driving continuous improvements.
