- Design and build secure, scalable and maintainable cloud services across our stack (C#, Kafka, GraphQL, TypeScript, React, Python)
- Deliver AI powered features from concept to deployment, implementing safety measures like guardrails and prompt-injection protections
- Continuously ship value in small, iterative releases, ensuring fast feedback loops and measurable customer impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers and other engineers to turn complex, open-ended customer problems into reliable solutions
- Enhance system performance and reliability, ensuring our infrastructure can support a growing, global user base
- Lead technical initiatives that span multiple teams, contributing to architectural improvements and technical debt reduction
- Participate in production operations, helping maintain uptime, resolve incidents and improve operational processes
- Mentor and coach other engineers, sharing knowledge, giving constructive feedback and fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment
- Stay ahead of the curve with emerging AI, cloud and web technologies, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to the team
