We’re looking for a Data Lead who can turn insight into impact. You’ll lead the charge in transforming how we capture, govern, and use data to fuel smarter decisions, faster innovation, and better outcomes for our diners, restaurants, and team.

In this newly created role, you’ll develop and deliver a data strategy that turns information into one of our most valuable assets. From building our first data team to establishing governance frameworks and a robust data infrastructure, you’ll be hands-on in execution while steering the long-term vision.
You’ll work closely with leadership, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure data is trusted, accessible, and commercially impactful.
Define and execute a scalable data strategy aligned to company goals.
Oversee data governance, quality, and security to ensure our insights are reliable and trusted.
Build and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary data team.
Develop the architecture and infrastructure to support a “One Source of Truth” across the business.
Partner with leaders across the business to drive data-led decision making and innovation.
Embed a culture of data literacy and capability at every level.
Proven success leading data functions in high-growth, commercially driven environments (ideally e-commerce, tech, or multi-channel).
Experience scaling data infrastructure, governance, and analytics in a fast-paced setting.
Commercial acumen – proven ability to link data insights to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
Strength in influencing and inspiring at executive and board level.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to both set vision and roll up your sleeves.
