We’re growing our team! And right now we’re looking for a Product Project Coordinator to join us in Wellington. This role is pivotal to the success of the product team and requires a strong, confident communicator who can easily establish relationships with our brands to understand their ideas and requests, translating them back into the business for the product and engineering team to develop.

Over time this role will take ownership of pre-launch activities; training the internal Marsello team on new features, leading the beta experience with brands, gathering feedback, and ultimately becoming a go-to expert on our features and integrations. It’s a new role and one you can truly make your own. 

We’re looking for an individual with a curious mindset with an ability to always ask the ‘why’. You’ll have excellent research skills, a self driven approach and an inquisitive mind. Naturally you’ll be a team player as this role will be central to aligning the work of our product team and turning ideas into real outcomes.

Ideally we are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum 3-5+ years of product or marketing experience, specifically in B2B SaaS. 
• A passion for customer experience and gathering feedback to help shape and improve the product.
• Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry would be ideal but not essential.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Software or Business is a plus!
• And/or any product related qualifications would be highly desirable
