We’re looking for a Talent Experience Coordinator to support the delivery of exceptional hiring experiences as we scale our teams across New Zealand, Australia and the US. In this role, you'll be a key part of the People & Performance team, ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with a focus on high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences. You’ll be an organised whiz, able to work autonomously and use initiative to coordinate and execute hiring efforts for some of our most critical roles.

Salary
$75,000 - $110,000 a year
