Your New Role

As our Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead on bringing our brand to life in new and exciting ways. You’ll craft and deliver customer-first  brand and marketing campaigns that tell our story, connect with our community and amplify our impact.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with creative, digital, product, sales, and agency teams to roll out campaigns that are bold, values-driven, and aligned with our business goals. You won’t have direct reports, but you will play a key leadership role within the team guiding, influencing, and inspiring those around you.

Your Day to Day

  • Plan, develop and execute 360 brand campaigns across digital, retail and media channels - from large-scale launches to always-on activity
  • Champion our brand values in every campaign, ensuring consistency and authenticity
  • Oversee the marketing  of the loyalty program, driving brand love, engagement and retention
  • Support customer insight and brand health tracking, helping to gather and interpret data to inform strategy and measure impact
  • Drive  trade marketing initiatives to support retail partners and maximise sell-through
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Finance, eComm) to ensure marketing aligns with broader business goals
  • Lead media buying and negotiation across paid channels
  • Analyse performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights

What You Need

  • Proven experience in brand marketing, within a fast-paced, consumer-facing business
  • Strong campaign development skills, from concept through to execution and measurement
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with commercial acumen
  • Strong creative instincts and an eye for design and storytelling
  • Data-driven and customer-first mindset, you love turning insights into action
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
  • Familiarity with digital and social media platforms, trends, and best practice
