We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a passion for AI and or ML to help us build the backbone of intelligent, autonomous cloud operations. In this hybrid role, you’ll assist in the development of scalable software solutions while playing a pivotal role in integrating AI-powered features into our platform.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Full Stack Software Development

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, maintainable full stack applications using ReactJS, Node.js (TypeScript), and modern DevOps practices
• Architect and deploy edge-first APIs using Cloudflare Workers for high-performance, distributed computing
• Collaborate with founders and the early engineering team to shape product features, technical decisions, and engineering culture
• Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Docker
• Build and iterate on MVP features quickly based on user feedback
• Model and manage data with graph databases like Neo4j

AI/ML & Autonomous System Development

• Design and develop GenAI-powered features and autonomous agents for cloud infrastructure analysis and optimization
• Build and integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LLM-based systems using Azure AI Foundry and OpenAI APIs
• Implement and experiment with agentic frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom architectures
• Develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for seamless integration between the platform and AI services
• Build data ingestion and transformation pipelines to support real-time AI workloads
• Contribute to AI system design that recommends or even implements operational improvements autonomously

Skills

Core Engineering Skills

• Advanced proficiency with ReactJS, Node.js (TypeScript), and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with Cloudflare Workers, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Neo4j or similar graph databases
• Ability to apply SOLID principles, software design patterns, and clean code practices
• Comfort with building and deploying in multi-cloud environments (Azure and AWS)

AI/ML Engineering Skills

• Working knowledge of GenAI/NLP concepts, RAG architecture, and LLM APIs
• Experience using AI tools/frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.) or implementing autonomous agents
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
• Understanding of ETL pipelines, data engineering, and MCP-style integration

Experience

• 8+ years in full stack software development, with proven experience building scalable, production-ready applications
• 1-2 years of hands-on exposure to AI/ML engineering or integrating LLM-based solutions into products
• Demonstrated experience working in early-stage startups or fast-paced product teams
• Experience mentoring peers or junior developers

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Equivalent practical experience in high-performance environments accepted instead
• AI/ML certifications or published work in open-source or research projects are a plus
