The Opportunity
This isn’t your standard Product Manager role. You’ll be the driving force behind transforming Fergus from a powerful tool into a premium product experience. With a loyal customer base built over 15 years, our product is already loved by tradies — but now it’s time to evolve, modernize, and delight at every touchpoint.
Working in our Premium Experience team, you’ll own the roadmap for high-impact improvements that elevate trust, cohesion, and usability across the entire platform. Sitting at the intersection of our product ecosystem, you’ll collaborate closely with other PMs, Design, and Engineering to deliver a seamless, modern, and intuitive product experience.
What You’ll Own
Premium Experience Roadmap – Define and deliver a strategy that elevates Fergus’ usability and polish.
Product Discovery & Insights – Champion customer needs through research, data analysis, and market trends.
Execution & Delivery – Work closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality, high-impact features.
