About the Role
We are hiring an Account Manager to join our growing Sales and Account Management team. This is a strategic, client-facing role responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of existing clients.
You will take full ownership of client relationships across all Triskele Labs service lines, acting as the key point of contact to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand our services.
You’ll work closely with the Sales Director, Service Delivery Leads, and technical teams to ensure a structured, value-driven engagement model.
This role suits someone who is commercially minded, highly organised, and passionate about building long-term client partnerships. You’ll need to be proactive in managing client health, spotting growth opportunities, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery.
