We’re looking for a Service / Strategic Design Consultant to help us capture, map, and optimise the end-to-end customer journey across our ecosystem of app, watch, and mobile services.
In this contract role, you’ll lead a focused 4–6 week sprint to identify friction points, align internal teams, and help us define what a world-class experience looks like across the entire customer lifecycle. You’ll leverage existing insights and lead user research to bring clarity and cohesion to our CX strategy.
This is a high-impact contract role ideal for a CX or Service Designer who’s worked in sprints, knows how to align stakeholders, and can get to answers fast.
You're a strategic thinker, skilled facilitator, and empathetic listener who thrives on bringing clarity to complexity. You've mapped journeys, led research, and wrangled product, CX, and marketing stakeholders to define and elevate customer experience across channels.
You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, synthesise insights at speed, and challenge assumptions. You know how to ask the right questions—and turn the answers into action.
