Order Editing is eCommerce technology that over 250,000 shoppers use every month. It let's customers amend an online purchase for a brief period after checkout. The customer can continue shopping, edit their address, apply a forgotten discount code, change products and more.

We quit our jobs to go full time on the project Jan 1 2024. Now we generate more than $1.5M p.a. in revenue, up 460% YoY. Brands like Kitsch, Simple Modern, Hexclad, Dbrand, Jones Road Beauty, and Lounge Underwear partner with us.

My technical, Co-founder Kiril Climson (who you will be building alongside) has previously solopreneured a Shopify app to over $1mm in earnings.

In 12-months every brand will have a self-service portal for order changes. It’s our mission to be that self-service portal.

Our second Full Stack Software Engineer is responsible for:

• Ideating, pitching, and building roadmap ideas that solve mega probles for the top 10% of brands on Shopify. How can you change the quality of life for a brand like Oh Polly?

• Developing with attention to detail and rigor that transforms the look, feel, and speed of a Shopify app that has had to scale at the speed of light.

• Innovating and tinkering with speed on the creative, startuppy, problem solving ideas that led us to build such an impactful app in the first place - build what is next.

• Communicating with technical and non-technical people, whether it's the internal team, our customers, or partners - we'll shield you from 'noise' so that you can grind, but we aren't behind closed doors.

• Challenging the founders to influence business strategy and shape the future of a product.

Must be

• World class in Typescript. It's all Typescript here.
• Weaponised when working with Shopify APIs.
• Passionate about commerce.
• Love for React & NextJS.
• Entrepreneurial.

Compensation:

Total cash compensation up to USD $120k and a sizeable stock package.

Remote, we are spread across Canada, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
