We are excited to announce a newly created opportunity to join our Go-To-Market Operations Team as our Deal Operations Analyst
As our Deal Operations Analyst, you will help to build and run Tracksuit’s first-ever Deal Operations function, bringing structure and commercial rigour to our fast-growing sales operations.
As a foundational hire into our GTM Ops team, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on quality control, loves untangling complexity, and is passionate about keeping deals clean, compliant, and moving quickly.
This role will see you collaborating closely across many of our internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal and Customer Success) to ensure scalable processes that support data accuracy, revenue integrity, and a great customer experience.
Why Tracksuit?
As one of Australasia's fastest-growing startups, we have assembled a world-class team comprising kind, ambitious, generous, and intelligent individuals.
At just over three years old, we're proud to work with over 600 epic brands across NZ, AU, the US and UK, like Athletic Brewing, MyFitnessPal, Opendoor, Steve Madden and more.
Our vision is to be used in every strategic growth conversation for the best consumer brands of today and tomorrow. We’re doing this by becoming the common language to measure, understand and communicate the value of brand building.
We've built beautiful, always-on, radically affordable brand tracking — taking an old-school, $100k+ market research product and making it 10x easier to use and 10x more affordable.
Key Aspects of the Role:
In this role, we will look to you to ensure deal hygiene and execution quality at every stage of our process. You will establish and maintain commercial standards, work with business stakeholders to support deal velocity, and flag patterns or issues that could improve how we work over time.
You will be a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal and Customer Success teams with responsibility for driving commercial rigour, ensuring data accuracy & process integrity to support Tracksuits ability to scale.
This role sits within our GTM Ops team, supporting the scaling of deal volume by ensuring operationally sound deal execution and preventing downstream issues through strong process controls and system alignment.
Success for our Deal Operations Analyst position is defined on two fronts:
1. Quality assurance, compliance, and improving executional consistency across teams to ensure data quality in our GTM systems.
2. Enabling fast and effective deal closure - supporting velocity without becoming a bottleneck in the process.
$90,000 - $110,000 a year
