Triskele Labs is a fast-growing Australian cybersecurity company providing Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Offensive Security, and Advisory services to organisations across regulated industries.
We're deeply technical, client-focused, and operationally mature. As we continue to scale, the complexity of our internal and external operations is increasing.
We’ve invested heavily in documenting processes across the entire business. Now, we need an Automation Workflow Engineer to bring those processes to life through high-quality, resilient, and observable automations.
This role is essential to how we scale. It sits at the intersection of engineering, security, operations, and sales, and will be responsible for owning the design, development, and optimisation of workflow automations across all departments.
Automation is not a side project at Triskele Labs. It is central to our growth strategy. We are looking for someone with strong prior experience designing and building automation workflows who can drive efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve response times across the business.
From streamlining internal operations to accelerating our service delivery, your work will directly impact how we operate and serve our clients. You will be joining at a time when you can help define the foundation and standards for automation across the business.
This is a technical role requiring deep prior experience with workflow automation platforms and API-based integration.
Essential experience includes:
You will join a business that is serious about automation. Every team has identified automation opportunities and invested in documenting their processes. We now need an engineer with the experience and technical capability to execute them.
You will work across every team in the business, have full ownership of your solutions, and play a critical role in how we scale efficiently.
If you have a proven track record of building end-to-end workflow automations and are ready to take on a high-impact role that spans operations, engineering, and cybersecurity, we want to hear from you.
Please include a cover letter addressed to Jack Rutherford, CTO, explaining your interest in the role and why you’re the right fit. We expect and encourage you to use ChatGPT to assist in writing it, in fact, using it effectively is part of what we’re looking for.
If you haven’t used ChatGPT to identify the role requirements and help craft your application, that will be obvious, and your application won’t be considered.
