The Role
Our Digital Marketing Executive will support Pepperstone's overall strategic objectives across acquisition, retention and customer experience in the Australian markets. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve all facets of digital marketing, including paid search, programmatic and social media. You will also be responsible for driving marketing performance through data analysis.
As our Digital Marketing Executive, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- Support the Performance Marketing Manager and the wider Australian marketing team in delivering activities across the mix.
- Run the paid search, display, native, video, and paid social advertising campaigns.
- Support the growth of our YouTube and Social Media accounts through organic content.
- Write copy for the text ads, native ads, and social media.
- Prepare reports and analyse campaign performance, using insights to recommend optimisations.
- Share insights on key market trends and competitor activity.
- Review and optimise campaign landing pages with the goal of improving conversion rates.
- Assist with ad hoc department duties.
About you
- Experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear understanding of various marketing platforms and how best to communicate on each: Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Analytics 360, Tag Manager 360, Looker Studio, Microsoft Advertising and Apple Search Ads
- Strong grasp of SEO and ASO principles
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Effective planning and time management skills
