The Role:

As a Full Stack Engineer at Haast, you'll build and scale features across our modern tech stack using Python, Svelte, and FastAPI. This role will be heavily focused around the front end of the application. You'll be expected to set standards, deliver clean code and work collaboratively with the in house designers and product managers.

Your work will directly impact our platform's ability to process thousands of compliance assets daily while maintaining our rapid growth trajectory. We're looking for someone who's excited about building intuitive interfaces and robust backend systems that power our AI compliance engine.

Impact you'll make:

• Architect and develop new features ion our Svelte front end
• Level up the performance of the front end
• Drive improvements in our automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor team members while helping maintain high code quality standards

What you'll bring:

Must Have:

• 3+ years of front end development experience
• A strong eye for design and an attention to detail
• Experience with modern web frameworks and architectural patterns
• Track record of building scalable web applications
• A passion for high quality code

Nice to Have:

• FastAPI and Svelte experience
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
• Strong proficiency in Python
• AWS cloud platform expertise
• Interest in AI/ML systems
• UI design experience
• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks
