About this role
The Comms Strategy Lead is a key member to Stake’s Marketing team and focuses on delivering a diverse range of projects. The Comms Strategy Lead is responsible for the organisation's public voice and image and is tasked with crafting, implementing and overseeing communication plans that align with our company identity to enhance reputation and brand equity.
Moreover, the role works closely with Brand Marketing and members of the Senior Leadership Team to build, manage and improve the reputation and image of the organisation. Their responsibilities are varied and include developing long-term strategies that deliver on key messaging, media relations and outreach as well as identifying stakeholder needs and engagement across customers, employees, media and the general public.
